Mood swings I had for the past half a year were something else
Recently, I have started taking care of my nervous system and have started “feeling better”. I didn’t do anything more serious than spending more time outside, taking vitamins, sleeping better and giving myself more rest and time alone. I didn’t expect my mental state to change so quickly.
Now, instead of jumping from tears to hysterical laughing, I’m just calm most of the time and that’s the worst. I can’t be excited or feel satisfied anymore. Everything is just “ok”.
I thought I was looking for internal harmony and balance. But if that’s what it feels like then I’m gonna skip.
When something that I know I would really love happens and I am supposed to be incredibly hyped about it but I’m just like: “ok, nice” I ask mysef a question : Is this the maximum happiness I can feel? Coz that’s definitely not a lot.
.
I honestly don’t know whether it’s better to be insanely perceptive or to be “tranquilized”. How do you get the golden mean?
