Meeting new people isn't easy in Finland

BUT

 I strongly believe I have discovered an alternative way to cure this northern social awkwardness

I'll share one thing that worked for me: make them get undressed. Just like they do in sauna with no diffidence (minus the sauna).  Only then get to know each other, talk and laugh. 

Be sure: once the person in front of you gets naked, they won't ever start a small talk about the weather. You can talk about your insecurities, your guilty pleasures and your kinky acid dreams 5 minutes after you've met them.

This is how I interpret the absurdness of a situation when people appear before me, mainly for the first time, and they have no idea what's about to happen in the next couple of hours. We don't know each other and we have no plan to stick to.
