Misery is optional and the beauty is in the eye of the beholder. So cheesy and yet so true. We are in our full right to choose the angle from which we look at things and also what we do about them.

I had this idea of saving some ugly wall art and this large piece came up.  It's an ikea print of a London double-decker bus. When I saw it on Facebook Marketplace, I thought, 'This is it!'. Picked it up that same evening.

It's a reminder to myself that my perceptions of each moment of my life can be changed and are dependent on my mental state only.  As my wise best friend told me, "NARRATIVE FOLLOWS STATE". I have to remember to bring my state, my energy, my vitals to a good level before making any conclusions about the world surrounding me.
